These Terms govern your use of the MyLila website at mylila.ai and the Adventure Lessons game at mylila.grok.me (together, the "Service"), which are operated by MyLila (an iBOS Ventures project) ("MyLila," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Families
- The game does not require an account. Children should use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the child's use of it.
- Anything that asks for contact details, such as the early access sign-up on mylila.ai, is for adults (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live).
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including children's information.
2. Acceptable use
Please help keep MyLila a safe, kind place for kids. You agree not to:
- Pick nicknames or post content that is offensive or hateful, or that reveals a child's real identity or contact details.
- Harass, bully, or impersonate anyone.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or scripts to change scores, leaderboards, or progress.
- Try to get into accounts, systems, or data that you aren't authorized to access, or disrupt the Service.
- Copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may remove content, reset scores, or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Our content
The game, stories, characters, artwork, and software belong to MyLila or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Service for your family's learning. The stories draw on traditional Hindu sources and are retold for children. They are meant to support learning, not to replace religious instruction or a family's own traditions.
4. Your content
If you or your child submit anything to the Service, such as nicknames, answers, or feedback, you keep whatever rights you have in it. You also give us permission to use it to operate and improve the Service. We may use feedback freely without owing you anything.
5. Free and paid features
The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will explain the prices and terms before you buy anything.
6. Changes to the Service
MyLila is in active development. We may add, change, or remove features, or pause or end the Service. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MyLila and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover MyLila's losses and costs from claims caused by your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, and to defend MyLila against those claims.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your information at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken. Sections 3, 4, and 7 through 12 continue to apply after use ends.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and we'll give notice on the Service of material changes. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
